Shipping Guide

• All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement.
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or national public holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

• Metro Cities: 2 – 4 business days.
• Rest of India: 4 – 7 business days.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply on select promotional offers or minimum order values as indicated on the website.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via Email/SMS/WhatsApp containing your unique tracking link and courier details. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time.

• Damaged Packaging: If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and report it to us within 48 hours at support@remenanthealth.com.
• Incorrect Address: Remenant Health is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
